Leadership is tough.
Most new leaders are promoted because they were great employees—only to discover that leading requires a whole new skill set.
It’s no surprise it takes an average of four years for new leaders to hit their stride:
The Strong Leaders Thrive™ program is designed to fast-track that growth.
We shorten the learning curve by focusing on two things: talents and skills.
Through strengths-based coaching, we help leaders:
At the same time, our people management e-course builds the core skills every leader needs—regardless of industry or experience level.
Strong Leaders Thrive* is a one-year program designed to fast-track real growth. Each month includes four alternating coaching and e-training sessions that blend insight with action. Our proactive approach builds real-world skill and leadership presence—so by the end of the year, clients walk away with clarity, confidence, and capabilities equal to a peer with four more years of experience.
Find Out If Coaching Really Fits—Before You Commit Long-Term
Coaching success often comes down to fit, not just content. That’s why we offer the Leadership Foundation Module—a focused, cost-effective way to experience coaching before investing in a longer program.
This 12-week module is the first part of our full STRONG LEADERS THRIVE program, but it also stands strong on its own.
Leaders receive bi-weekly CliftonStrengths coaching to better understand how their talents show up day-to-day—and how to use them with more purpose and intention. The result? Goals get met faster, with less friction, and often with better outcomes.
On alternating weeks, participants dive into targeted e-course trainings that sharpen key leadership and productivity skills, including:
These lessons help leaders skip the trial-and-error phase and avoid the common “I don’t know what I don’t know” trap that wastes time and energy.
By the end of this module, leaders are often performing at the level of someone with an additional year of management experience.
Curious about CliftonStrengths Coaching* but not ready to commit long-term? No problem.
Start with a one-on-one Strengths Debrief to uncover what makes you tick—then continue with individual coaching sessions as needed, or choose a prepaid package for deeper growth and momentum. Flexible, focused, and built to meet you where you are.

Achieve your Goals
I've included my answers to our pre-session goals (below) from before we started. At that point, I wanted to just make it through one week at a time because that's all I could handle. My job was constricting me and slowly killing me...both literally and figuratively, I think. I knew I needed to do something and that is where our work started.
What are your goals for the next week?
Honestly just to make it through. One week at a time without losing my mind
Next Month?
Have at least 1 interview with a business in another profession
Next quarter?
Field at least 3 job offers
Next year?
Be in a different position making similar income, in a position that excites me.
As of last week (less than four months after we began to work together), I was offered and accepted a position in a different field. I'm incredibly excited about the work and can't wait to get started. It's a salaried position (as compared to my current eat-what-you-kill situation) that is 50% higher than what I took home last year. It also has unbelievable benefits and I get to be part of a team with tons of growth and learning opportunities.
I'm still in a bit of shock that I got this opportunity. I credit his program and our work together as a major component of this new direction. Everyone always says they want to be more confident in themselves. I believe the only way to be more confident in yourself is to truly understand what you're good at and what might be a bit more challenging to you based on your personality. Jamis helped me understand my strengths and how to double down on them. I used a lot of these concepts in my interviews. I made sure I explained my (CliftonStrengths) Top 5 and how it makes me a great candidate. I was told by my now-manager that every person that I interviewed with was blown away. That's a great feeling. Having the confidence of knowing what you do really well makes you almost unstoppable.
For anyone else who is reading this, the work wasn't easy. You have to actually put in the time to sit and think through the questions. I still use some of the techniques now because they are tremendously helpful. I really believe if you put in the work with this program, you'll begin to understand yourself on a different level. Your confidence will skyrocket, and people will notice. Life becomes a good bit more enjoyable. Trust the process, I do!

Highly Recommend
"My coach, Jamis, really helped me find ways to improve my daily life through several different strategies. These strategies specifically helped me to be more appreciative, more reflective, connect more quickly and deeply with others, and be more intentional in my own thoughts to better control my feelings and actions (which ultimately helps control outcomes). The more you give and commit the more you get and excel. This was my first coaching experience and I couldn’t recommend it more!! Jamis did a great job making every session feel conversational; he really pushed me to be a better version of myself without ever feeling like he was being pushy. "

Well Paced
"In full disclosure, I knew Jamis before our coaching sessions began. He takes the time to get to know you, your motivations, and your current life circumstances. He is well paced (within individual sessions and over the course of the sessions as a whole). I never felt like too much information was being presented at once and there were a few occasions where I had some problems grasping concepts or putting them into practice so Jamis spent time reviewing these with me. He uses real world examples that are easily relatable."
