Can't Recommend Leading With Strengths Workshop Enough!
"When I started a new leadership role, I walked into a team that was siloed and (appropriately) mistrusting of administrative leadership. As one of my first goals, I knew I had to rebuild trust, credibility, collaboration, and improve employee engagement. For me, one of the first and most critical steps was to introduce CliftonStrengths to my full team with a (Discovery) Workshop, led by Jamis of SEG Coaching. Tracking our metrics during the 6 months since that workshop, our employee engagement continues to grow, but the deeper value of the workshop began in the sessions oriented directly towards my leadership team after the initial workshop. During these sessions,
Jamis helped us dissect our strengths, answer our questions regarding our talents, and understand each other’s deepest and tightly held core values. Truly, I walked away with my mind blown. It felt like a professional, yet cathartic therapy sessions where all of my managers walked away with a strong understanding of what made the others ‘tick.’ Even better, we learned tools, appropriate verbiage, and methods to help manage expectations, and let go of difficult situations that are out of our control. After the meeting, all my employee managers reached out to Jamis vying for more time and spreading the opportunity to their direct employees.
