Can't Recommend Leading With Strengths Workshop Enough!
"When I started a new leadership role, I walked into a team that was siloed and (appropriately) mistrusting of administrative leadership. As one of my first goals, I knew I had to rebuild trust, credibility, collaboration, and improve employee engagement. For me, one of the first and most critical steps was to introduce CliftonStrengths to my full team with a (Discovery) Workshop, led by Jamis of Success Education Group. Tracking our metrics during the 6 months since that workshop, our employee engagement continues to grow, but the deeper value of the workshop began in the sessions oriented directly towards my leadership team after the initial workshop.
